Who normally pays the $100 Disney Transfer fee, buyer or seller?

Also, what do you get for the fee?

Are you referring to if you sell your points as opposed to just transferring points to another member for a one time use?

Typically, the seller would pay that transfer fee directly to DVC- but since everything is negotiable, the buyer could also pay it if they want to include it in their offer.
