Transfer Contract

Does anyone have a contract template for doing point transfers between members? I have done some research and can only find rental contracts. TIA

No, whenever we did transfers, we just trusted each other. Probably not the best way, but since the other party becomes responsible for every once they have the points we never worried about it. They paid and we transferred the points. They weren't too worried since they could have contested with their credit card company if we didn't transfer the points.

I also did not do a contract because it was between owners and DVC won’t get involved, no matter what happens,

I have always required 100% payment up front, and then did the transfer. Some do a 50/50 split. Some do a three way call.

I haven’t really seen point transfer contracts.
