Train during EMH

Are the trains running during EMH? I'm hoping they are because I've been reading about the long lines since they re-opened. If not, for those who have been since they re-launched, do you have any tips you can share for minimizing the wait times?

I know technically "The Grand Tour" starts at Main Street Station, but the lines there were horrible last week. We boarded at Tommorrow Land within 5 minutes, then just did the whole Roundtrip from there.

Trains usually start at park opening, sometimes later. Not EMH as they would run to areas not open during EMH.
