I came on here tonight to see if anyone from Indiana had heard of this accident, as we have not yet heard many details. He was at my house yesterday for my twin sons' first communion, he is one's godfather. It was hard to tell my children, especially heartbreaking to tell his godson, but I am so glad that most of the family was together yesterday. My son received a cross for the wall and a religious medal from him, and after I told him he went and sat holding these items. As I look at the photos from yesterday, it is hard to believe what happened. I am waiting for dh to come home. Thank you for your prayers and thoughts.

Pam and Lynn,

My condolences, I saw the article in the Sun-Times today, saw that he was a Marist grad. (like me) IBC grad. (like my DW) and that his wife is a Queen of Peace grad (like my DW). Also, my brother/nieces are in Holy Redeemer. I know the south side "family" will pull together to help your family through this. I will be asking my in-laws this weekend to see if anyone knew him, as my wife comes from a very large southside family. My prayers are with you.
