Traditions attire question

DD is trying to pack for her check-in on Monday. She wants to wear a sleeveless dress to Traditions. It is conservative, completely covers her shoulders and has a collar.....is this ok? The list on the Disney site does not say. Any thoughts appreciated!

Does she have a blazer or cardigan she can wear over it? It's been a little while since I was in Traditions, but I don't think any clothing without sleeves were considered Disney-look.

As long as the straps are three finger-widths wide and doesn't show any cleavage she's okay I would still recommend the sweater though as it can be chilly in the room!
