Yeah really. Sad to say but a couple of days ago VMK made it so that most all external code game items can not be traded. This includes all Sparrow Parts, Dead Man Chests, Skeleton Monkeys, Davey Jones Organs, Galleon Ships, Pink Monster Ink Doors, Narnia Teleporters, etc.

I understand the Kelloggs Game stuff (Skeleton at the Helm, Map Table, Brown Treasure Chest) is still tradeable, though I haven't tried it myself.
