Except for the stainless steel appliances and the Corian countertops (wow, would I love to have those!).

I have seen better kitchens on the show (most of them are Gen's), but I thought they both did a nice job on them. I love the fish-shaped table the Lt. Blue team did and the two-tone cabinet doors - that's what made me vote for them. The Yellow team's just was OK - nice, but nothing amazing.

Blueeyes - I'm sure they'll show it at least three times this week. :)

Ooops. I didn't realize the tops were Corian. (They looked like laminate to me. I wasn't watching the show (Hubby was) but did come in for t he reveal. Corian is extremely expensive. (I personally think they are unattractive and overpriced. I'd take granite anyday.) The stainless may or may not have been expensive, depending on the brand. Our stove/fridge were about $1100.

I was so torn between both of the teams. I really didn't know who to pick. I was kinda hoping that the twist was that they were going to pay half of the losing team's mortgage anyway. I was happy to see the family in Salt Lake City win. I was actually crying!
