Considering ice is going for between 500 and 1000 credits on the boards here, that does seem a bit steep (25,000 - 50,000) for a jewel rug. A few threads with jewel rugs show them being traded for between 13,000 and 20,000 credits.

I would be willing to give 30. (That would be 15,000 - 30,000. Still over market value currently for a jewel rug.)
