Trading for DVC Points - Marriott Grand Ocean (Hilton Head) - Ocean Front Unit

I thought we had the whole vacation plan set for next year, but the AP and PAP offer is too tempting that I am considering doing another "Disney year".

I am an ocean front unit owner at Marriott's Grand Ocean Resort at Hilton Head. I currently have a reservation for the week 8/28 (Sunday) - 9/3/05 (Sunday). However, I can change it to another week if you prefer, depending on availability. Check in dates can be Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

All units at the resort are 2 bedroom units with 2 bath.

The dates that I can check would be for

3/26-6/17/05
8/28-11/4/05

The resort is right on the beach, and the unit is an OCEAN FRONT unit. The resort is under renovation and the new ones are very nicely done (stayed in one this year). Being an owner, I get the first priority in room assignment.

It has 1,400 sf. and the 2nd bedroom can have 2 queen size beds (the furnishings and location are much better than DVC's HH resort IMHO, though DVC HH has best activities).

I would like to trade for 200 DVC points.

How many perople does the unit sleep and where is it located in HH? Thanks

It sleeps 8. The unit has 1 king in the master bedroom, 2 queen in the 2nd bedroom, and 1 pull-out in the living room. It is an ocean front resort and the unit has an ocean view, not garden view.

It is right outside of Seapine Plantation, you get free access to Seapine Plantation. We biked there almost everyday. Great location!!!!

Many of the units are refurbished, and since I am an owner, I believe I will 1st choice in terms of the room request.
