I know that inside the lounge, it's 21 and over after 8:00 pm (or 9, can't remember). Does this same rule apply to the outdoor patio?

After 4 is when it switches to adult hours.

I thought 4 was when it opened? (In Disneyworld, not Land, if that makes a difference)

ETA: Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto welcomes the whole family—including children—from opening until 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, only 21 and older.

OP you are correct; I had old info. Thanks - now may take my 17 year old. ;-)
