I was just wondering what an even trade for the Herbie Couch would be. I did all but the Thrill Seekers Quest while at Disney so I have 3 of everything. I just don't want to offer too much or too little. I know it all depends on the person but an estimate of it's value would help me decide if what I'm offering will be good enough, and how high I should go. TIA!

As you referenced, "worth" is something only can determine. i.e. How badly do you want it? But...

Herbie couch was only available from a code that was in a Herbie dvd quite a while ago. Other than that - through trading.

I cannot tell you how bummed I was when I ripped open a copy of Herbie to find there was no code! I guess it was only in a certain amount of them, though I am still keeping my eye out when I see copies of it just in case. I really like the couch and just don't want to get ripped off for it as I learned the hard way with a recent trade I made.

In two separate trades I traded a Animation Desk and Stool set for a Herbie Couch. (ie 2 desks = 2 couches.) These trades were done sometime last month I think... Maybe July. Anyway, it was after the Herbie wasn't found in DVDs anymore (or at least I think it wasn't found anymore), but the Desks were (still are) available at DCA.

But value depends so much on how bad you want something, what you are willing to pay for it. Also it's determined by the person who has it... if they have many they might be willing to sell cheap... if it's their only one they might hold out for something "special".

With that said, I do have 1 Herbie available for trade... If you'd like, take a look at my trade thread (see signature below) and offer something from my Wishlist...

my second for gold ears
my third I dont remember
my last for a set of tron chairs and table.

It really depends on with who you do the trade and what he want for it and what you want to offer for it ..
