Trade 3BR Cape Cod Townhouse for 2BR BCV 11/11 - 11/18

I would be interested in trading one week (plus some cash) at my oceanfront 3 BR townhouse in Cape Cod for one week in a 2BR villa at the Beach Club 11/11 - 11/18. It would need to be an equal swap, so my townhouse rents for $3800 per week in the summer and $2500 per week in late spring/early fall. BCV 2 BR during the week I want goes for the equivalent of $2820 so the difference would be in cash. The townhouse is at the Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster, MA.
