Congrats on the loss, every loss is cause for celebration. I hope you have been taking measurements, I am betting you have lost some serious inches. Keep up the good work!!

Oh, thought of you when I saw RPH at Universal. I would love to stay there sometime, for FOTL access if nothing else!

Thanks Amy & Tracy

Thx Amy & Tracy :grouphug:

Had a pretty decent birthday :) except the goldfish died :(
i booked this gorgeous B&B for the teachers wedding in Suffolk (about 3hr drive from here) talked DH into paying for a 5 star gold awarded place at what i thought to be £190 (about $350 for 2 nights......except when the confirmation came it was £190 A NIGHT :scared1:
had to break the news to DH who wasnt impressed, we'd paid a £60 non - refundable deposit, it was my fault, so talked DH into sticking with the booking but i'm walking on egg shells for the next few weeks - just hope the place is all its ment to be!
Here it is:

Wow, that place looks beautiful. Can I come too?

Sorry about the goldfish, but I'm glad your cat is better.

Happy belated birthday and I am so envious you got to see AC/DC!

That is super news about losing 3 pounds. Slow and steady. And you are so close to your goal from the looks of those pictures! I am very proud of you, and inspired too!

Your trip will be under a year very soon!

WI - no change

Thanks Tracy

DD came home today & said a couple of her friends had been sent home - 2 suspected & one definate case. I'm worried as DD is going away for 5 days with school choir on Sunday!
The teacher at my school is recovering well but on the news last night 2 people died - a GP & a 6 yr old girl - so sad :sad2:

The advice we're getting is to eat healthy, exercise & get lots of sleep so you can fight it off - so another reason to keep at it!!!!

Tuesday
b/fast - cereal 250
snack - banana 100
lunch - prawn salad, lf yogurt, strawberries 400
kinda a snack! - we had sports day at school & the head teacher bought us all an ice cream - 300
dinner - pasta bake - 600

exercise - 650 cals at gym - i did incline interval training -walked 1min, on gradient 2 then ran 1 min gradient 2 - did this alternate for 10 mins - running speeds-level 10, 10.5, level 11, level 11.5, level 11 :yay:

We don't have satellite or cable in our house anymore and we very rarely watch the news. I had no idea that the swine flu has been going around as much as it has been. I'm sending lots of :wizard::wizard: your way. The advice that you are getting sounds good. We need to try and do the same here. ::yes::

Great job on the incline interval training! You are rockin' those workouts! :rockband:

Tracey: I am praying everyone in your area recovers or doesn't get it! That is scary and so sad. Keep us posted. And as you say, very good reason to keep up at with the healthy habits.

Your workouts just put mine to shame. If I did what you do, I'd most likely be dead!:rotfl:

Hopefully everyone is getting well. :wizard:

How do you like the incline running? I've tried it, but it gives me horrible shin splints. :headache:

I will let you know how Indian food in India compares to Indian food in the UK. ;)

Hey Tracey! :goodvibes Just stopping by to say hi! Looks like you're still doing great! Miss you! :lovestruc

Hey Tracey,

Hope you are all well and that things are going well! I miss you, come back soon!

oh ladies i am soo, soo sorry i have neglected you all :(
just seem to be really busy!!!
even though i have now broken up for the 6 week holls!!!
next week should be better, been busy with nice stuff mainly - pedicures, massage, hairdresser, shopping & a weekend CAMPING in Suffolk for a hen party!
i havnt been camping since i was little, & not planning on getting into it either - it was fun, but my airbed had a puncture & i ended up sleeping on the cold hard floor & got eaten alive by buggs!!

my dad gave us a scare - he collapsed & passed out in the middle of the night when he got up to go to the toilet, he's going for heart & blood test tomorrow.....

exercise has been AWESOME - its no longer just weight loss for me now i love how much energy i have & how healthy i feel, as well as gym 3 times a week, spinning twice a week (2 advanced classes now :)) i'm now jogging outdoors
finally plucked up the courage to do it & on my 3rd attempt i jogged the whole route without stopping - it was a Rocky, eye of the tiger moment ;)

scale hasnt really moved - i'm 11 stone 1 lb, just want to get under 11 stone now - i have high hopes for Friday WI
I got in a UK size 12 dress today :cool1: cant remember the last time that happened ......so i had to buy it ;)

i've gotta dash now, but i WILL be back, thanks for sticking with me, cant wait to catch up with everyone & i hope you are all well & happy.

Kim its great to hear from you - i hope you are doing well
& its great to hear from everyone else - thankyou ladies for sticking by me :grouphug:
I'LL BE BACK........
