The Dolphin may not happen after all
When i priced it up online they added over £600 in fule surcharges!!
ontop of the £106 per person included in the brochure price!
Thats over £900 in fuel surcharges for 3 people!!
I will ring & se if i can get it waivered but not got high hopes!
Saturday
Had hair cut - looks nice, went for a drink in the local with DH.
b/fast - cereal
lunch - 4 crispbreads with lf cheese/onion filler, lf yogurt, glass of orange juice
dinner - wholemeal rice, turkey in LF curry sauce, 1/4 nam bread
2 gin & slimline tonics
cals for day - 1500
exercise - 800 cals at gym
Sunday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - med baked potato, lf cheese & GFY pasta
snack - 2 slices of wholemeal bread with lf cheese/onion filler. strawberries
exercise - 45 min spinning class, 10 min warm up on TM, a few upper body weights, followed by a quick 10 length swim in pool
not had anything else to eat yet - will have a few crackers or something!!
cals so far - 1000
Back to work tomorrow
That nasty throat thing i had last week still hasnt gone - ok during the day, but as soon as i lie down i cant stop coughing
think i've had 1 undisturbed nights sleep all week
so i dont feel at all rested!!
