Hi Tracey,

Great job getting to the gym and burning all those calories!:thumbsup2 You know we burn calories when we single digit dance too, right? ;)

I hope everything works out for the new house. When my DH and I first got married, we were going to build a house. We found one we loved, got the land, the blueprints, and everything. The city and the bank gave us a hassle so we had to postpone building. Maybe some day!:goodvibes

I hope you have a great week!

awww thanks guys - your the best :grouphug:

We viewed 2 fairly new properties last night, the 1st was lovely but the garden was too small.
the 2nd the house was too small!
But i've a long list of properties to get through ;)

Tuesday
b/fasy - cereal
snack - cup a soup, banana
lunch - cheese & ham roll, yogurt, muffin
dinner - not sure yet!!

I was thinking of doing the gym tonight, but feeling prettty tired - had a busy day at work - if i dont make tonight will deff do tomorrow!

Hi Tracey,

Isn't it fun looking at houses? I know that before my DH and I got married, we looked at a lot of model homes before finding the one we wanted to build. It was fun dreaming!:cloud9: Maybe some day we can build our new house when we live near WDW!

Hope you have a great day!

Hi Tracey,

Wow you've been busy with the house hunting. Good luck convincing DH. I think 1/2 the battle is that men can't visualize the "end product" All they see is the empty space. Next time you go through, try discussing colors, "YOur favorite chair could go here with the telly just so. Wouldn't the painting form our living room look great in this area." etc..

The pants may be tight, but you can wear them. Great job on the workout. Keep up the great work. I have a weakness for fish and chips myself.

Take care,
Beth

Hi Tracey, enjoy that house hunting, its so fun! Your perfect new home is out there waiting for you to come and buy it! I agree with Beth, men have little imagination, help him with that and he'll come around for sure!

Tuesday night was hectic!!!
We arranged a property viewing at 7pm & a man came to look at the washing machine at 6pm, dinners in the oven, 6.55pm theres washing machine parts all over the kitchen floor & i had forgot to turn the oven off!!!
end result:
dinner - burnt quiche, with burnt cheesy potatos & salad!!
Washing machine definatly cant be fixed!

Was only 5 mins late for house viewing & we liked it!!! down side is its over our budget by £9000 ($4500) but it needs some work & has been up for 8 weeks so we might get it reduced! gonna have a 2nd viewing 1st though as it was dark!

Wednesday
went to gym :thumbsup2
b/fast cereal
lunch - cheese & ham roll, yogurt, small cake bar
dinner - baked potato with scampi

Thursday
Dh is ill  hes not been to work today.

My dad was in a car accident yesterday, he managed to swerve to avoid being hit head on, his airbag didnt go off & hes hit his head on the window screen.
The other driver was at fault he jumped out the car & ran off!
Police sniffer dogs tried to trace him but no luck.
They said this man had been involved in another accident earlier that day!!
They think hes a drug dealer from London (which is 4 hours away from here!):sad2:
Dad seems ok though so thats the most important thing!

b/fast - cereal
snack - hot choc drink, banana
lunch - chk salad, yogurt
dinner - hmmmm proberbly pasta!!!

Went to DB in the afternoon ate WAAYYYY too much drank even more too much, felt like a baby whale by the time we went out in the evening!!! ended up drinking water most of the night!!!
good news is England won the soccer game & we're through to the final for the rugby world cup

Sunday
didnt go to gym :(
we had 'washergate'.......
on saturday we bought a new washing machine but when we got it home it was too big - i was gutted as we got a great machine & the last one on a really good deal!!
Took it back & had been advised by a friend to just get the cheapest as there all c!?!p
So DH & i had a major dispute about which one to get! - he wanted the same as we previously had - the one that had broken after 2 years!!!
I wanted a cheaper one that is the same make as our fridge & freezer
yep tight, stingy DH picked a more expensive one!! :confused3
So the embarrased sales girl finally came back after politly saying she'd leave us alone to sort out our differences & after a phone call to DB for his opinion
& after the sales girl gave us her opinion, DH was out voted & i got my own way ;)
DH acted like a big kid & sulked!
Heaven help me if this machine breaks down on us in the next year though!!!
anyway we're picking it up on Wednesday!!!
Dh still not 100% & is being a total pain - i know hes ill/rundown but hes been horrible!!

I'm glad to hear that your dad is doing well. :goodvibes

Your house looks great! I bet you will have a lot of people who are interested in buying it.

Any luck on finding a new house yet?

Hope you have a great day!

Hi Tracey,

I love your house, and quite frankly, your bathroom is much bigger than mine.

I hope your head is feeling a bit better today. Is it stress r/t the house? It is scary and stressful. Please do not be too hard on yourself.

Take care and GO ENGLAND:cheer2:
Beth

wednesday
cant remember!!!

Thursday

Had governors meeting at school & our head announced he is retiring next year :sad1:
This man changed my life - he encouraged me to go back to college, let me train at his school & then gave me a job there - a job i love!
staff members had to leave the room whilst they discussed staff wages & i had to go to the bathroom to cry as i was so upset!
We returned to the meeting & i tried not to look at anyone as it was obvious i'd been crying with my red, bloodshot eyes!!
They said the wage issues didnt effect anyone except Tracey...well one of the other teachers name was Tracey so i carry on looking at the floor thinking they meant her...they meant ME!!! :cool1:
I'm getting a £4000 ($8000) per year pay rise  I wasnt expecting it at all so i was happy & sad at the same time!!
Went home & had another cry!

Friday
A very depressed atmosphere at work as news about the head leaving spread, this guy is so loved & respected by all his staff! I can not speak highly enough of him.
good news - we broke up today - a whole week off :cool1:

You may have noticed i havnt mentioned the gym - thats cos i STILL havnt been! going Sunday morning...even though TOM arrived in the middle of the night - i get VERY painful stomach cramps, that i take medication for - it was wierd cos i was dreaming that my womb came out & then woke up in agony!!!

Viewed some properties that we didnt like :(

Hi Tracey,

Congratulations on your raise! That will help with the new house. I am sorry to hear that your head is leaving. That is always difficult. Hopefully, you'll get to be in on the process for choosing the next one. The new principal at our school is phenomenal.

Have fun tonight. GO ENGLAND:cheer2: :cheer2:
Take care,
Beth

Hey Tracey,

It's been awhile! Hope England wins! My team UK (University of Kentucky)lol lost tonight to Florida in American collegiate football. bummer. We beat the #1 team in the nation last week LSU (Louisiana State University) and I just happened to be in attendance! 2nd game ever there...biggest win in 50 years at UK.

Hope you guys win!
