I've finally started my TR!!!
Day 0 ''getting to the airport'' We stayed overnight!

Sunday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - at my moms, roast beef, boiled potatos, roast potatos ,yorkshire pud & gravy, followed by home made apple & balckberry pie :love:
dinner - 5 crispbreads, yogurt

(Went to gym on Saturday)

Monday
Went to gym :)
b/fast - cereal
lunch - omlette with lots of veggies
dinner - baked potato with LF chk pasta & LF cheese

Bought my 1st xmas prezzie today!!
got DD some 'grumpy' pj's & a bag
also bought myself 2 new pairs of boots & a bag :) I'm depressed ;)

Tuesday
Back to work (no kids in today)
started with that teacher...remeber??? anyway she was ok, just hoping it lasts - she does seem more laid back but we have just had 6 weeks off & no kids in ;)

b/fast - cereal
lunch - sandwich...i did take the fruit with muslie/cereal thing but it had gone off, so ended up having a cookie that someone had bought in - only had 1 though!!
dinner - starving!! new potatos, salmon kebabs & salad, mixed berries with muslie/cereal (went & bought another one on way home ;)

My inner thighs are aching today...from the gym before anyone has any rude thoughts!!! i'd upped my weights back up to pre-trip weights!!!
 
Well, you got my hopes up for something exciting with those sore thighs ;) . But I am super proud you went to the gym. Your lunch at your mom's sounds yummy, I miss having good food at my mom's house, enjoy those days!

I think you are doing splendidly getting back on track, I am impressed!

So when's the next trip? I have to check out your trip report for sure!

Wednesday
kids back at school today my new class .... shall we say are quite challenging :rolleyes1
But it all went well & the teacher & i got on fine :)

b/fast - cereal
lunch - chk salad, strawberries
snack - 3 crispbreads, orange juice before gym
dinner - chk/bacon pasta bake

My legs were still a little sore but better than the day before so i went to the gym, i struggled though, my legs felt tired quickly!

Thursday
The weather has turned really cool now & its been raining since Saturday!!!
I put the heating on for the 1st time last night! Doesnt help when less than 2 weeks in Florida ago it was a lovely 89 - 90 degrees!!

b/fast - cereal
snack - banana, LF hot choc drink
lunch - sandwich, yogurt, strawberries
dinner - noodles with veggies & chk

It actually stopped raining about 5pm so went for a walk around a local lake with DD & DH. i just kept looking at the lake & thinking of all the lakes around WDW :(
It was nice to spend some family time together though.

DD back to school tomorrow, she has dyed her hair dark brown.

Oh Tracey, you sound like me and dh, every time we go for a walk, no matter how nice it is, we think, "this is nice but its not WDW"! I think we have a true addiction!

Love the trip report, you look very fit and trim in that picture!

Glad the teacher is behaving herself and that work is going well, in spite of a challenging group of kids!
 
Tracey, sweetie, so glad you had such a wonderful time, though sorry DD was sick. :hug: Congrats on only gaining 3 pounds!! :woohoo: I expect I'll do that next weekend with just 3 DAYS in Disney. :laughing: Looks like your transition to school has been very smooth and I am impressed with all your gym time, though I can think of much better ways to build thigh muscles. :lmao: Actually, I have been doing squats with a weight bar with some weights on it and those are KILLER!!! Hoping it will help my running to improve. So, if you are looking for new stuff to do, squats and lunges are apparently the thing. :)

I hear ya about wishing you were back at WDW....We haven't even left for vacation yet and I was just telling DH yesterday how sad I will be to leave for home. One of these days, we'll all just have to move to Florida so we can go to WDW when we want to!:banana:

Tracey, Good luck with your class this year. I hope that your year goes well despite the challenging students. I hear ya about missing WDW. Hopefully you'll get to go back soon.
 
phew just managed to catch up quickly with most of you!!! now a quick catch up of me!!!
Friday - ate badly - the teacher i work with turned 30 so lots of goodies in the staff room & i kinda had the shakes...felt really hungry!!
then had pizza & chips & a choc bar & 2 LARGE glasses of wine in the evening!!!:eek:

Saturday
straight to the gym!!!
Dh worked till lunch time
cant remeber what i ate but i was back on track :)
ooh did go to a BBQ (in the rain! - yep were having floods again :sad2: ) only had 1 burger but lots of punch...prhaps not quite on track ;)

Sunday
Dh worked all day - bless him
got caught up on cleaning the house
food - good!

Monday
walked to work & back
food - great!

Tuesday
Gym - felt tired but did it :)

snack - LF hot choc drink, banana
lunch - chk salad, strawberries

dinner - mini baked potatoes, WW quiche, salad

Wednesday
was gonna walk but rained..again..

Tracey, love the trip report! Too funny, I just today made reservations for Chefs de France and Crystal Palace! I got an early pre park opening breakfast ressie and I am hoping for cool, uncrowded pics like yours!

You are doing so well. So you ate and drank a bit much one night, no biggie since you got right back on track and to the gym the next day! You can't be perfect all the time (wouldn't that be boring) its how you recover that really counts!

Keep up that great work and the trip reports!

I'm loving your TR, Tracey! You did so INCREDIBLE on food & now getting back on track. Wish I had your willpower, determination, or whatever it is right now. I leave & can't get back together again.... (gee, maybe I AM Humpty Dumpty!!)

Hope school ends up being good & that teacher stays pleasant. Not a fun prospect if she turns.

after my trip to the gym on Tuesday i didnt get back again until saturday, lots of running around after DD!!! school is hectic for her now - 3 twilights a week, choir concerts & shes auditioned for the school play!!
It did stop raining one day :sad2:
so I did walk to & from work on Friday

Friday went for a meal with family *** my niece has gone to start her new life at University today, i can still remember the day she was born ..sigh..

WI on friday down 1 lb, i was hoping for more but i have to keep reminding myself that the nurse said 1 lb a week is fine, plus i had a few ''treats'' this week & TOM arrived Saturday!!

i need to get back on track posting my meals!!!

saturday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - 4 crispbreads
dinner - organic chilli with wholemeal rice, mini magnum ice cream

hairdressers rang with a cancellation so got my hair cut :)
went to gym - 650 cals :)

sunday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - baked potato, chk/sweetcorn filler (not good), cherry crumble with custard (not good!!)
dinner - having cheese & ham roll & yogurt

went for a walk in woods with DH & DD to work of my unhealthy lunch!
 
Monday
back to work - the weekends go so quick!!
b/fast - cereal
snack - banana, LF hot choc drink
lunch - sundried tomato bread with cheese/onion filller, mixed berries with muslie/yogurt
dinner - chk faghitas, yogurt

walked to & from work :)

Tuesday
b/fast - cereal
snack - banana, LF hot choc drink
lunch - 2 small cheese/ham rolls, yogurt
snack - 2 crispbreads, orange juice
dinner - faghita base pizza with veggies on top[ & WW cheese

i took some chocolates into work that were left over from what some of the kids bought me in July, i had 3 or 4

Walked to & from work then went to gym burnt 600 cals :)

My nice neighbour had left her partner again, i think this time its for good, i'm so sad as i will miss her she is a lovely person, but i think she has done the right thing :(

Oohhh, I need to check out those tr's! Well that is good news (sort of) about your neighbor. I really hope it all works out for her.

Good job with your food and exercise and congrats on losing another pound! Keep this up and in no time you'll be at your goal! I am so proud of how well you have done since you got home. Well done!:thumbsup2
 
Wednesday -
WI with the nurse - lost 3lb's :cool1: thats over the last 2 1/2 weeks, the down side is that my waist measurement still hasnt gone down :(
i will be brave like Julie & tell you - 38 '' :scared1:

dinner - spagetti bolognase

walked to & from work (25 mins each way)
I've actually walked it every day this week :)

Thursday
b/fast - cereal
snack - apple, banana, LF hot choc drink
lunch - spagetti bolognase - AGAIN - it was on the school dinner menu! pineapple
snack - cheese &* ham sandwich, orange juice (before gym)
dinner - baked potato with LF cheese, scampi, pasta with chk & bacon in mayo (hi fat but couldnt resist!)

Walked to & from work again :)
Then went to gym - didnt feel like it but i'm glad i went & i even managed to jog for 9 mins without stopping :)
burned 600 cals :)


Had some very sad news today - a child in my class - his mum died last night, she had cancer, she was 38 :sad2: This boy is 7 yrs old :(
