I got a text saying they found my reservation. By the time I got it, the reservation was gone. Will they keep "looking" or do I need to put in another request?

You have to restart it.

Neither. The request will still be there, just stopped. Go back into the site (re-login, if necessary) and tell it to look again.

yes you do!! I've gotten several texts in the wee hours of the morning so I missed those of course. But keep on resetting and trying, I've been able to book and then tweak my times a few times! Good luck!

You need to put your phone right next to you so it wakes you up. Keep your computer running.

Depending how in demand that ADR is, you sometimes have to be super fast to get the reservation once Touring Plans finds it. I missed out on 3 or 4 even though I had my phone sitting right next to me and acted immediately! Some are more in demand than others. I managed to get one the other night but it's later than I'd like. I'm hopeful an earlier one will open up...and that if it does, I'm fast enough to get it!

Keep watching. I got several notifications when I was fine tuning a breakfast ADR. I just kept restarting the finder until I got the time I wanted.

No kidding. I had mine set up checking for BoG dinner reservations, got a text at 5:55am (5 min away from parking at my office) and knew it would be gone by the time I parked. Sure enough it was, sent a disappointed message to my husband about it and he responded telling me he's the one that snagged the reservation- he happened to be standing right next to his phone when he got the text! This was the 4th time that the TP res finder had found one and we were only able to get it because he acted immediately! Definitely keep trying!

Best way to get your reservation is the 2am wake up text. I just roll over, hit the link and make my reservation with one eye open. One time i thought I had dreamt it and had to check my app

No, it doesn't get that specific. It will tell you that Tusker House or Tiffins is open, but not that it's for the ROL package.

I was skeptical about this service, but I was stuck with a 5:30 California Grill for the last night of an upcoming trip (my fault - I miscounted and missed the 180 mark by a day ... lol). Anyway, signed up for this and ***********'s finders to see if I could bump it back a little further, considering I'm not a senior citizen and don't care if the residents of Del Boca Vista Phase III see me eating after 5:30 pm. Got a text from TP the other day but missed it, so I logged in a restarted the search, and just ended up with a 7:15pm. Perfect ! Never got a text from *********** at all, though. Anyway, it really does work and I'm very thankful for the service ... heck, I think I'll even sign up for a membership now, just to help with some reservations for our next trip.
