Toystoryduo's Journal....Moving Forward From Here

Hi Tracy

I want to say that I absolutly love, love, love your ideas for Family Fun Night. May I borrow your idea? This sounds like so much fun. Some friends (different from last trip) are trying to talk us into going with them in November. They want to get together to do some planning and a theme night sounds perfect. You have such great ideas. I bet you throw awesome birthday parties.

That is scary about the mail. We had that happen once. We lived in a secure neighborhood and the neighborhood had to hire roving security as a result of it. They caught the people and discovered they would come in to visit unsuspecting friends and then hit mailboxes on side streets where no one was home.

I'll add a little pixiedust: for your December trip also. Oh, I hope you get to go. The Christmas decorations are so beautiful.

Oh Wow! :eek: That is scary! I'm hoping that the checks we are supposed to receive are just delayed due to the holiday. None of my bills are missing. Darn! ;)

Thanks Lisa!:hug: Our annual trip to WDW for the past 5+ years has been in December and it's our favorite time of year.:santa: We're still working on details, but it is a possibility. Thanks for the :wizard:!

I WANT TO COME TO FAMILY FUN NIGHT!! :(
sounds soooo much fun :)

I woke up with a headache this morning. :headache: Not a good way to wake up! :(

The plan for today is to take it easy until the headache goes away. I'll probably work on my coupon folder and the details of DD6's birthday party this morning. If I feel better later on this afternoon, I'll work on the CVS cupboard.

Once my Daily Survey credits from SR from yesterday, I'll be able to order another Darden gift card. ($50 for $45!!!:banana:) I should also be able to order a video game through SwagBucks later on today. I ordered (2) $5 Amazon gift cards from them on Sunday as well.:thumbsup2

Please continue sending the :wizard::wizard: for WDW in December....Still working on it!:goodvibes

Have a great day!:grouphug:

Good morning friends,

We are officially 60 days away from our WDW trip!:woohoo: That means that the girls' Disney Jackpot starts today and so does my 60 day exercise challenge. I am planning to alternate cardio and weight workouts everyday for the next 60 days. I'm not putting any time limits in place which means a workout might last 15 minutes or 50 minutes. I may workout with a DVD or not. I may even get up the nerve to go to the gym. (or not!:lmao:) In any event, I need to do something to lose some weight. I am heavy and unhappy about it. It's time to do something about it and that time is NOW!:banana:

Today's Plan:

* workout: cardio

* Library

* Work for DH

* SR (ordered my Darden gift card yesterday!:banana:)

* work on weekly to do list

I'll check in later after my workout is done...Have a great Wednesday!:grouphug:

Hey, Tracy.

I am right on board with the "heavy and not happy about it". A 60 day plan sounds doable.

Oh I wish so much that we were going to WDW. DH has been playing the fireworks from Epcot for a week now. It is so fun to be in the last few months of planning a WDW trip.

Hope your day is a good one.

Congrats on reaching the 60 day mark.:cool1: Time will start to fly now.

:cheer2:Go Tracy Go!:cheer2: You can do it. Just remember, one day at a time. We are all pulling for you. :cheer2:

Thanks ladies. :grouphug:

Quick post....I did get my cardio in today! I put some music on Project Playlist and danced around the kitchen for 40 minutes. :banana: Tomorrow will be a weight workout.:yay:

My grandma sent my DH and I an anniversary card and a gift check with specific instructions to go out to eat and have a good time. So, we'll be heading out to TGIFridays in a bit with my free dinner coupon. :banana: Any extra money goes in the savings account!:thumbsup2

I'll try and get to journals later on this evening...Have a great evening!:grouphug:

Dinner was yummy last night!:lovestruc I had the prime rib stroganoff and the gourmet mac and cheese...Yummy!:thumbsup2

Not too much planned for the day: Library, workout, menu planning, grocery list...Anything else that gets accomplished today is a bonus!;)

Tomorrow is weigh-in. I have no idea what to expect. Food hasn't been horrible, but I've not been drinking as much water as I should and I just started exercising again. We'll see what happens tomorrow....

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!:hug:

Workout # 2 is done!:banana::banana: I put some songs on Project Playlist and did 36 minutes worth of squats, lunges, upper body work, and abs. I feel pretty good now, but I might really feel it tomorrow!:eek:

One more post until later..... ;)

Please send some extra Disney :wizard::wizard::wizard::wizard:our way...We're hoping to know about our potential December trip by early this evening!:thumbsup2

A night out for dinner sounds great! Happy Anniversary!

Don't worry too much about the weigh in tomorrow. Your water being up is a step in the right direction, one step at a time and the rest will come. Of course, I am keeping my fingers crossed for you.;)

Tracy, I am sending major amounts of :wizard: out to you for this December trip! Its funny, once you get a tradition going where WDW is concerned, it becomes very important and darn near impossible to give up! So I am pulling for you and hope you can get it all worked out! :goodvibes

That is great you are doing this 60 day exercise challenge. I know you can and will do it! As for the weight loss, well, I know you can and will do that as well!

When was/is your anniversary? That is so sweet your grandma sent you that giftcard. I am so glad you guys had fun, you deserved a night out!

Now just waiting on the edge of my seat to see if you get that December trip nailed down!

Thanks Lesli and Amy!:grouphug:

Guess what?!?!?

We're going to Disney World in December!!!!:yay: We'll be staying at our timeshare for 5 nights and then we'll be staying at the Boardwalk Villas!:woohoo: We're still working on the details, but we are very excited!!

More tomorrow!:goodvibes

P.S. Thank you so much for the good thoughts and:wizard::wizard::wizard:!!!!

Yesterday was a great day!!! We spent hours coordinating our December trip and adjusting our plans for September. It was a long day, but well worth it! :thumbsup2

Here are the new plans:

September- We took two days off our package. While that means we lost Le Cellier, it also means that we will have two day tickets left to use in December. By dropping 2 days off of our package, that refund will give us the rest of the money we need for September's car rental.:woohoo:

December- Very excited about this.....:yay:

12/9- Check into our timeshare
12/11- DH's family comes to visit.
12/14- Check into BWV
12/15- DHS and Osbourne Lights!:santa:
12/16- Epcot and Christmas Around the World:santa:

The December trip is a budget trip for us. We plan on eating most of our meals at our timeshare, but we will probably pick up the Quick Service Dining Plan or the Regular Dining Plan while we are at BWV though.

We're still working on the budget, but as least the plans are done. :)

Today's Plan:
* Workout (Cardio)
* Library
* Pay 2 bills
* Disney Budget
* SR

Another thing I need to think about this weekend is Christmas. I need to make a budget for that and stick to it like glue. My DH is deejaying tomorrow so that will give me a lot of time to work on these budgets.

Weigh-in: 236.2 :headache: I'm not sure how that is even remotely possible. Eating has been good this week, water has been good, and I've worked out. Oh well, maybe next week...

Hope everyone has a great day! TGIF! :cool1:

Tracy, CONGRATULATIONS on booking that December trip!:yay::woohoo::cool1:

I am so excited for you guys, I think you will love BWV, I have stayed there before its a lovely property. And your girls will love that slide!

I think its totally worth dropping two nights off your Sept. trip to make this one happen. And I hear you about Christmas, I have to do some budget planning for that as well, it has a tendancy to creep up on me every year.

Don't worry about the weigh in, its probably just some water. I have a sneaking suspcision I am way up too and in fact, guestimate that is about my weight as well. Nothing to do but climb back on that good habits wagon and move on!

Have a great weekend, enjoy all that planning.

P.S. We are going to do the QS plan in March. I'll be interested to see what you decide to do between the two plans.

Thanks Amy!:hug:

It's been a good day here. We did some errands this afternoon, went to Sonic for a quick lunch, and had our Family Fun Party-Toy Story. :goodvibes My DH and I will probably watch a movie and then call it a night. He's got to get up early tomorrow to deejay a wedding in PA.:eek:

Tomorrow, we'll clean the house a bit and I'll do some more Disney planning. It should be a quiet day here.

On Sunday, my MIL will watch the kids while my DH and I go out for our anniversary. (13 years married, almost 20 years together!:lovestruc) Our actual anniversary is on July 20th, but my DH is scheduled to work all day and probably won't want to go out that evening. Sunday is fine with me!:thumbsup2

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!:grouphug:
