Just a couple of thoughts from yesterday.....
Yesterday was a very sad day for the entertainment industry.
I knew Farrah Fawcett by name, but I have never seen Charlie's Angels or any of the movies she was in. I have been following her story for the past few months and was greatly saddened by her death.
Michael Jackson....MJ was a huge part of my growing up years. My mom used to listen to the Jackson Five albums all the time. When I got older, I started listening to his solo music. Songs like Bad, Smooth Criminal, Bille Jean, Beat It, and Thriller were played on my tape player every day.
Although I have not been a fan of his for several years, I was shocked and saddened by his loss.
It's almost like a part of my childhood died yesterday. Does that make sense? I'm not trying to be overly dramatic, but he was a big part of my growing up years. I used to have his posters on my wall and I listened to his music everyday.
I pray that Farrah and MJ rest in peace and that the Lord would give their families His love and strength at this difficult time.

The 80s were such a great time and MJ was a huge part of it! I was not a fan of his in his later years, but no one can deny the impact he had on music and on pop culture as a whole.
)
It happened about 1:00 a.m. this morning (when stores are closed!
) and we spent about two hours trying to get the scent off of her. We used tomato juice, lemon juice, vinegar, e.t.c. She doesn't smell as bad as she did, but we'll need to get something from the pet store to take care of the rest of the smell. Yikes!

Gotta get back on track as soon as possible!
We did some research online and found a product called Pure Ayre that worked wonderfully! It's all natural and has a light, minty scent to it. She still has a little bit of skunk scent on her, but that will go away with the Pure Ayre spray and time.
) However, he double booked himself this week for two separate projects. We're hoping he can do one of them today because he doesn't have anything going on. If not, we have some stress on our hands. Good thoughts, prayers,
much appreciated!

Good thing we still have the Pure Ayre spray!
Your countdown is further away than mine. A WDW vacation is worth the wait, but I WISH it would hurry up already!
