Tracy, I am so glad dh got the car fixed! That is so nice he can do that, Dan has no idea how to fix a car, he always says "that's a hardware problem and a I am software kind of guy".

I am so happy your grandma came home! Praise the Lord on that one, I bet she is happy to be back at home, I bet she improves faster now that she's out of the hospital.

Your dd is at that age when it starts to get tough to find clothes that work. They don't want the little girl stuff, but some of the pre teen and teen sizes are just a bit too yucky. I like Speedo brand suits, I get them at Sams Club. They always run small though. Lands End is another one that is good for suits, and they are probably all on sale now. And if they don't fit, you can take them back to a Sears because that's who owns Lands End, vs. reshipping them back.

So glad DH was able to fix the car. and grandma came home. How wonderful! I do hope the infection is gone soon.

Thanks ladies! We did get some storms the other day, but I slept right through them! I had to hear about them on the news the next day.

I weighed in yesterday and was down 2 pounds. I have NO idea how that happened.

Today's Plan:
* Go to work with DH
* Go to grandma's house?
* Return DD8's bathing suits to JC Penneys

We're supposed to go to my grandma's house today to visit, but she was admitted to the hospital overnight. I guess her blood levels were dropping again and they wanted to give her a couple of units of blood. If her blood counts are up today, they'll send her home. If not, then she'll probably have to go through another series of tests. Any good thoughts and prayers you can send are much appreciated.

Oh Tracy, I am so sorry your grandma is back in the hospital. I am saying a prayer and sending some good thoughts out to her and all of you. What an ordeal this has been for her and the rest of you.

That is great about the two pounds! You probably ate less and moved more than you realize. I love it when that happens!

I spoke with my grandma yesterday and she said that she was going to be released from the hospital! I couldn't get details because she had to call my grandpa, but I will try and give her a call today. Thanks for your good thoughts and prayers for her!

We got our Disney documents yesterday! Only 33 days til Disney!!!

Today's Plan:
* Walk
* Surveys
* De-clutter our bedroom
* Get stuff ready to list on Craigslist
* Organize CVS Cupboard
* Paperwork

I can't believe that this time next week will be the first day of school! Where has the summer gone?

Yeah, where has summer gone? We start school on the 23rd, you start next week, I think Lisa's kids are already back in, so I guess summer sure did go somewhere!

So glad grandma got released from the hospital! I am keeping her in my prayers that she stay out of the hospital!

Great job on the walking you are doing, it will pay off not only on the scale but at WDW! 32 days to go!!

Grandma did come home and is doing quite well! She says she gets tired really easily, but that's to be expected for awhile. I talked to her yesterday and she sounded great! Thank you so much for your good thoughts and prayers for her. Please keep them coming!

Vacation news....The other day I was sitting on the porch praying and journaling and the Lord brought our Alamo car rental to mind. I was kind of surprised by that, but I decided to come in the house and check our rates. I did and guess what? We saved another $60 on our car rental!!! I'm so excited!!! Thank you, Lord!

More vacation news... I found a link here on the DIS the other day to BOGO Sea World tickets. This deal saves us $10 + we can come back for a second day for free! Thank you, Lord!

And more vacation news....We are a month away from WDW!!!

* Walk
* Finish Laundry
* Shop
* Library

We have no specific plans for this weekend. My DH deejays tomorrow, but that's about it. It will be nice to have a relaxing weekend before school starts.

Love saving $$ I remember that last year the rates kept going down your rental car. Great news about the Sea World tickets too.

That is so great you saved $60 on your rental car! Praise the Lord indeed. Your trip is so close!

I can't wait to hear what you think about Sea World. I don't know if it was just because dd and I got to go there alone and that made it special, but I loved Sea World! Now Universal I could never go to again (great rides but thats it) but Sea World is Disney Worthy! Having two days will be great, its tough to get it all in on one day (although dd and I did which was quite impressive if I do say so myself ).

I can't remember when do you do SW? September or December?

The day started off well...I got my work done early and then ordered our Sea World tickets. It went steadily downhill from there. Extended family stress + RUDE employees at Kohls + clueless customers at Walmart = I have a major headache right now and I'm feeling sick to my stomach. I'm hoping it's just the stress of the day and that I'm not getting sick.

The good news (besides ordering our Sea World tickets for September) is that we are officially less than a month away from our vacation!

Tomorrow, we'll head to church and do some shopping before my DH has to go to work. I'm hoping we can relax a bit too...School starts on Tuesday!

Were you by any chance at my Walmart? It is full of clueless people. This is what I want to say to some people. "The aisles were made wide enough for two shopping carts to pass comfortably, not for you all to shop side by side and then glare at other shoppers when one of you has to get behind the other to pass."

Well, this evening is not going well either....

Our puppy got a hold of my glasses and now there are scratches all over the lenses. Looks like I'll have to use some of our Disney money for an eye exam and new glasses. UGH. UGH. UGH.

Oh Tracy, I am sorry about your glasses . Puppies! Daisy is almost 4 and chewed up ds' retainer the other night, its a good thing they are cute huh?

Man, I was at Wal Mart today and apparently it was the same crowd at mine that was at yours!

Glad to hear your grandma is home and all is well.

I agree with Lisa I loved Sea World, went to Universal x1 and never care to go again- in my mind just an amusement park compared to Disney- only my opinion though.

Your DD starts school Tuesday and my oldest DD18 leaves for college in NY. BooHoo!! I can't believe it is here.

Wow your trip is really right around the corner already, it will be here before you know it.

Good morning ladies,

Yesterday was a nice day. We got some things accomplished and my DH and I had some time to talk.

This next week is going to be very busy for us since school starts tomorrow. I'm also trying to get that pre- WDW cleaning done early and all of our vacation shopping done early as well so we aren't running around at the last minute.

Today's Plan:
* Laundry
* Surveys
* To Do Lists
* Lesson Plans
* Vacation Shopping
* Check eBay for Curriculum
* School Shopping

I'm not sure what I am going to do about my glasses yet. I cleaned them off and the scratches are there, but only noticeable if I am looking directly at a light source. I may try and hold off on buying new ones until after WDW. It's a wait and see thing right now.

I saw that Disney has free dining through September 2011! I'm working on plans for that today as well.
