Snow shoveling -- good workout! I agree
How did the girls do on their test/quizzes...how's their journaling going?
Hope you and DH made it to dinner - congrats on the loss -ooh, looks like you did go out, Outback, yummy!
Nice job on completing the blankets -- yum, lasagna out with DH too - good eats!
Hope your food gets back on track...you've been busy and distracted...it's okay, maybe things will slow down a bit, and hope you get your Zumba in

Snow shoveling is a great workout! I'd rather be cutting grass though!
I think part of the reason was that last week was a stressful and busy week for all of us and they just didn't study like they usually do. Hopefully, their grades will improve this week.

Can make all sorts of things go wrong.

I'm pretty tired right now, but it felt good to get the exercise in.

If you subtract the 14 points I earned by shoveling, then I hit 30 points even. I didn't do all that badly at the buffet yesterday despite the numbers. I watched my portions, turned away a lot of bad choices, and had a very small sliver of cherry pie that I didn't know what the points were so I guessed 9. I weighed myself this morning and actually weighed .2 ounces less than last Friday's weigh-in so I guess I'm okay. I will try and be more careful today though.
I think that shows the importance of combining exercise and eating right!
I'm going to workout here in a few minutes and do my best to stay OP today. Weigh-in is tomorrow and I am nervous.
TOM is always good for a few extra calories...
