Toy Story VS 101 Dalmations ???

Looking at the map, it looks like the Toy Story bldgs are a bit closer to main hall, bus stop and playground. However I realize maps can be deceiving and the Dalmations area looks "almost" as close. So is it a matter of like 2 minutes closer, or more like 10 minutes? Anyone have a favorite between the two?

Reason I ask is because I personally think that the Toy Story area would be more appealing, but my kids are both addicted to the dalmations movies and anything Dalmation.

The closest is Fantasia, then Toy Story and then Dalmatians. Dalmatians is not that much further from main building than Toy Story. Although we always entered through the food court door which made Toy Story even closer, plus if you do not want to go through the building there is a path right next to Toy Story that leads to the bus stop. This too is also closer than Dalmatians. Our personal favorite is Toy Story. They have all of "Andy's Room" set up there with a huge door, a 38 foot tall Buzz Lightyear and a Woody that is probably larger than then, but he's sitting. There is also a large icon of Bo Beep and Rex and a model RC that the kids can climb into for photo op's! Very nice theming in this section!

We stayed in the Dalmations bld a couple weeks ago. We loved the location. I requested Mighty Ducks to be near that pool, but we got Dalmations. It was close enough to the food court and pretty much in between both pools.

We have stayed in both and Toy Story is our favorite. They are both close enough to the main building.

Dalmatians have super location. is almost the same distance from the food court, one to the left one to the right. also dalmatians is right in between the two pools. I loved when we stayed there.

I disagree, yes there are 101 dalmations but the bucket of army men have weapons.

You can indeed put in a room request at the time of reservation and even mention it again at the time of check in, but WDW makes no guarantees.

We stayed in Toy Story this past weekend. The my DD and Dnephew (both 3) just LOVE Toy Story and they liked that they got to see the characters as we were walking to the food court. It was an easy walk even with 2 preschoolers in tow.
