So far, with what ads have been leaked, yes this is the best deal. But we still haven't seen TRU's ad, and they do have the TRU coupons for $3 off when you buy two together on DVD in their magical savings coupon book.

I would love to get my hands on that $3 coupon... can anyone help me out? TIA!

If your TRU still has them, you can go to the store and ask them for one. You are supposed to get them with the purchase of any Disney DVD, so if you are buying TS3 from there, you could get one of the booklets, or you could just chance it and see if they would just give you one without buying anything.

It will be available at the stores (or should be) on Tuesday as well. They have them in their ad for this coming Sunday. And they will be 32.99 in the stores as opposed to the 34.99 price for the preorder.

So...I have the TRU coupon book. It has one coupon which is $3 off if you buy TS3 and any other disney movie, and another which is $3 off Mater and any other disney movie. If I buy Mater & TS3, what are the chances I can use both?

I got a Quill.com catalog today and it has a special listed that you can receive a free copy of TS3 when you purchase 2 (or more) of certain HP LaserJet print cartridges or 1 (or more) of certain value packs...but I can't find any info on-line to link to. The special is good thru 11/30/10 and the dvds go out in the mail beginning 11/1/10 if ordered before that date. You cannot combine any additional discounts.

For the original HP LaserJet cartridges, the code is ZLJ (order 2 or more).

I was going to buy it at Walmart b/c of the additional 7 shorts, but looks like that is only the DVD version and not the Blu-ray pack.

So I have a question for those who did the pre-sale deal at TRU...

By doing the pre-sale you get $10 off any Disney Blu-ray $19.99 or more. Did you buy the additional Blu-ray the day you did the pre-sale, or do you buy it when you pick up TS3 (so I can use it on Mater.) Thanks!

I don't think you can use it on Mater. It's a PRE order, and since Mater comes out the same day I don't think it will work. Most of us used it on BatB. If there's another movie out (costing more than 19.99) you could use it for that BEFORE you go get TS3, but it won't work the same day.

I am hoping that they would give the $10 gc before you give them your coupons. If they do it that way, then you should be able to get the gc with the purchase of TS3 and one other Disney movie (that would total $40 before coupons) and then give them the $8 off coupon and the $3 off TRU coupon as well as your preorder card (if you preordered) for your $5 dep. I guess we'll see if there are any snaffus come Tuesday!

We are planning on buying the movie and have a question about the blueray pack. We don't have a blueray system yet, but we are palnning on buying one next year. Will the blueray disks work on our old system, or should we buy the regular disks now so that we can watch it right away?

The blueray disk will not work in your regular DVD system, but the bundle will include a basic DVD also. So you have the option of either the normal DVD movie and the blueray DVD. However, if you have a PS3 - those game systems play blueray's.

I spent half the movie in tears just thinking about what it will be like next year when my DS goes off to college. This was also his first movie he saw in theaters. My sister had the same experience as the child she nannied for since he was a baby is also going off to college next year.

My first is about 12 years away from college and I was still in tears. That part was so well written and delivered!

In terms and conditions of teh Campbell's rebate it says the DVD must be bought in same state as the sender's address?!?! So, I guess that means an Amazon.com purchase is not the way to go!
