Toy Disney Buses?

I don't remember ever seeing a toy Disney bus for sale at Disneyworld. My kids seem to like the bus and monorail more than anything else there. Has anyone seen them before? If so where.

Yes I have seen them before. I am trying for the life of me to remember where though. I think one place I saw them was at the Once Upon a Toy store in DTD.

I am really kicking myself for not picking one up on our last trip. At least this upcoming trip I will remember to pick one up. My son has a monorail one & I think he would like the Bus one too

There are two types of toy "Disney" buses that I can recall seeing for sale in WDW stores (Once Upon A Toy probably has both). One is a toy of the "Disney Transport" bus that takes you around Walt Disney World. What I don't like about this model is that it doesn't look very realistic; it's much too short and - I think - has an oversized character "driver" sticking out. The second bus is a special edition with the year ("2003") on it. This is a Matchbox toy, and looks nice, but in no way resembles the buses that you see around WDW.

Today I saw some die-cast metal NYC buses. They looked just like a real bus right down to the numbers. I thought that my son would love one of those. Then I thought that Disney should have these also. Disney uses the same buses as NYC. I couldn't remember seeing them before. They have everything else in a real looking toy. I have seen the train, monorail, and boats, but not a bus.

There are three toys out there.

The first one that came out is an MCI E4500 coach. I think it's part of the "We're going to Disney World" set. Not really sure why they chose the E4500, since neither Disney, nor Disney Cruise Line uses that type of bus.

There is a Disney Cruise Line toy bus, modeled after the Van Hool T2145 coach that is actually used. My friend bought me one when on the cruise line.

Then there's the die-cast Nova bus with the characters. It's a bit out of proportion, but is modeled after bus 4821 (a real bus). It's detailed, and a cool toy. It's in the same section as the die-cast models of the theme park rides.
