Townhome rental questions

We are considering renting a townhome in Windsor Hills for our next vacation. However we would like to be in the Disney area for 10-11 days. I noticed some of the townhomes and/or rental houses only rent Sat to Sat.

Are there homes that will rent out for 10 days at a time? If not how do people work around this?

We're renting this one for nine nights next summer - I emailed several owners via VRBO for their rates for those dates and most of them replied with a total for all nine nights. Good luck!

Most places will rent out any amount of days you want. There's just a few who do Sat - Sat. We usually rent for 10 - 12 days and have found no problems finding places to rent. We've stayed in this one:

There are only very few who insist on Sat to Sat rental periods - most owners will rent for the number of days required (but usually have a minimum number of nights at about 3 nights) I am sure you will be able to find one

Some will do Sat-Sat only during peak seasons. Otherwise, typically most vacation home owners and/or management companies will take any length of stay.

We booked for 11 nights...starting on a Monday and ending the Friday of the following week. We had TONS of replies for our date requests so there are many people who will rent on starting dates other that Saturday.

We're doing a short stay - Monday to Sunday - and had no trouble getting responses. We've booked one of the Townhouses and the owner was very agreeable when we had to switch dates from Sunday to Saturday to Monday to Sunday. I'm sure you'll find something out there.

Go to www.WindsorHillsRent.com. You can request rental quotes from Windsor Hills owners for your vacation schedule. The owners that have availability for your dates will reply with rental quotes. This narrow downs the available rentals very quickly.

we are doing 2 weeks.....Thursday to Thursday....most we found on vrbo.com were willing to accomodate us.
