I was not trying to come off rude. I was actually trying to ask you which service of the two I listed to you have. As I wanted to know if I have been getting less or doing something wrong when I book

I just prefer to have them waiting for me not me call them after I have bags then wait for them to walk inside and meet me

For me, I would reply to the driver's text after landing. The driver would either be there when I came down the escalator or would arrive very shortly thereafter. I did not have to wait until after getting our bags for him to then start coming to that area - he would have already been there well before then.

Again, that's just my experience twice in 2024 so far, but I was very happy with it.

I'm looking at using Happy Limo because, Tiffany only stops at Public's. What are your thought on Happy Limo.

Tiffany Town Car does, but typically the people on the phone have awful attitudes. Happy Limo is another option. Almost all town car services offer the same and the prices are all pretty close. Some offer a free grocery store stop and others charge for it.
