Towncar service tip advice

I'm looking for some advice on a general rule of thumb for tipping your towncar driver - what's appropriate tipping for the drive, and is there an amount generally tipped if they help you with your bags, as with a bellhop?

I'm a novice at this - we've always just rented a car at the airport, but I'd like to try out something new this time.

Most of us tip at about 20%. If the fare is $100 total, we tip $10 each way. Sometimes we tip $15 for the ride to WDW and $10 on the way back. I think we're just so darn excited to be there we forget ourselves and are overgenerous!!!

Thanks, Goofy4tink. I'm always a little nervous about tipping - don't want to overtip, and don't want to under tip.
I just got my email confirmation from Happy Limo and they've included the tip onto my bill. Saves me the confusion and worry.
Now I can just relax and enjoy myself.

KSP, I understand the no worry aspect of having the tip included already but can't help thinking "What happens if you get poor service?"
Though I'm also always confused on how much to give, I do like to have the privilege of tipping more or less according to the service received!

I used Quicksilver and after a coupon my total was $90...I tipped $15 on the way there because we had a grocery stop and he was so helpful and the way home I tipped $10. If I didn't have the grocery stop I would have just tipped $10 for the trip there.

Thanks for the replies, everybody. I think I'm too excited knowing that I'm just a few days away from going to get upset about the pre-charged tip. I'll let you know how it goes.

The tip doesn't seem to be out of line to me - it is over 20% if you just look at the basic rate, but I don't think it bugs me too much.
Guess I'll just have to wait and see what the service is like.
