Okay, I'm looking up rates for a round trip town car from the airport to WL, a MK resort thus subject to the gate fee. Here is what I have found so far from their websites (all prices are after the $5 coupons):

Tiffany - $85 - does not mention gate fee - is it built into the rate?
FL Tours - $99 ($90 + $9 gate fee)
Happy Limo - $89 ($80 + $9 gate fee)
Yourride - $85 - website says the gate fee is built into rate
Cartier - $80 (?? website lists $85 and a $5 coupon but does not say if rate is already inclusive of coupon) - website does not mention gate fee

Regarding Yourride, I know DisneyDollarless members get $10 off the original $90 rate. Does anyone know what the DisneyDollarless discount is for Tiffany? Also, if you buy the PassPorter, there is a $8 coupon in there for Tiffany, although it cannot be applied in addition to the web coupon, so the final rate with the PP coupon is $82.

And is there any justification for the gate fee if we are resort guests? We stayed at FW this past fall but had a rental car. They just waved us through at the gate when we showed our resort paperwork.

BTW, I am basing my decision solely on price since everyone seems to have good experiences with all the services. If there is any reason NOT to go with one of the services, I would love to know.

Thanks!!!!!!!!

I am in the same boat as you are. I posted a similar question yesterday and Chip'N'Dale Express (Tyler) explained that the fee is applied to all companies except Mears and that it applies when the car service comes to pick you up for departure. Apparently your reservation confirmation serves to get you to the resort on arrival without having to pay the gate fee.

I am also basing my decision on which company to use on the cost, since the reviews on these boards are pretty consistent about each company. I appreciate your breaking down each company with its discount--you saved me a step.

I am curious, though, to hear whether anyone who has used Tiffany for a trip to a MK resort has paid the $9 gate fee. It seems that since it is not specifically disclosed, it is included in the total charge (but I have been wrong once or twice before and would love some confirmation!).

KLRI - I called Tiffany and they confirmed that the rates on their website include the gate fee already. Also, another poster had mentioned Happy Limo adds a airport surcharge or something. I specifically asked the woman at Tiffany if there were *any* additional charges and she said no - no gate fees, no surcharges and the driver would meet us at the bottom of the escalator.... hmm, just realized I forgot to ask about tax. Does anyone know if there is FL tax on top of the rate?

Each time I have used TTC the price was inclusive, except for tip for the driver.
Cartier is the same, I am using them for this trip because they have the lowest price going to the Allstar resorts . I notice that the MK resorts are $10.00 higher than the other resorts maybe that is the add'l parking fee or whatever they call it. This is a quote from their website

All of our rates are per Vehicle and include a complimentary meet and greet service in respective Airlines baggage claim area with a name sign. There are no add on or hidden charges in our rates.

I made a reservation through Tiffany. $2.00 more than the cheapest but Deb Wills seems to really like them and I've used her site so much that I feel a little obligated. Kidding... but still, if she advertises them, it's possible they give her something when people use them and mention her site. ???

It will be weird to see one of those drivers at the bottom of the escalator with my name on it. Hoity!

I can confirm that the price quoted includes gate fee. We were dropped off at CSR but picked up at VWL so we were charged the VWL fee and the gate charge was built in.

Tiffany provided great service by the way. On time, friendly and efficient.
