Town Car Company & airline changes

How often should you contact your Town Car company that is picking you up at the airport and informing them that your airline has changed your reservations?

Since Dec or Jan; Delta has cancelled two flights & changed I don't know the them I don't know how many times, but I haven't notified the Town Car company yet, how far in advance should I let the Town Car company know of our changed flight numbers? The flight #'s have changed but the time is only off by about 10-15 minutes.

I would let them know as soon as you are notified of the change. That way there will be no mistake when the time comes for you to land Orlando.

I have used both FL Tours and Tiffany, while flying Delta. Now, we all know about Delta's constant changes...so I call the towncar company a few days before the flight. That's what they've told me to do, unless the arrival time is changed by a large amount of time, then I would call them much sooner just for their scheduling purposes.
