Exactly anything can change which is why you saw them say the three different locations for star wars land.

I think there is truth in the things they say. But they throw out stuff before anything is official. And before it's official, anything can change.

Yes I noticed that after I typed it. Things always change with Disney even announced things change. For example Disney announced Pop Century legendary years. That resort never happened and turned into Art of Animation. Also Downtown Disney at WDW was to become Hyperion Wharf, that never happened and now we have Disney Springs.

DCA doesn't have the room for the ride that seems to be planned for epcot. However DCA is supposed to get a Captain America Coaster.

Well, it certainly wouldn't have room for both of those things. Is the Captain America coaster still happening? I wish they'd make some solid announcements about this stuff. Then we can just move on to acceptance.

Last I heard yes but its on hold for a bit. It wasn't due until 2021 or something like that anyways.

I would just like to point out that not everything micechat puts out is false info or click bait. They had the star wars plans almost spot on before they were announced. Its also not just micechat saying ToT is getting a guardians make over. Several very good sources have this happening and its supposed to close this September.

ToT has been confirmed for Hallowentime and those sources have all been fed a false story. ToT is not going anywhere and yes most everything micechat/wdwmagic puts out is false/clickbait. More the reason why both those sites need to be closed down and Internet rumors need to be censored by Capitol Hill. The Subs and Toontown were never going anywhere either.

I will tell you forsure that the stuff wdwmagic puts out is not false or clickbait. Mice chat maybe but definitely not wdwmagic. You claim ToT is on some sacred list but I can guarantee such list doesn't exist. Also these are rumors and rumors exits and websites should not be shut down because they report rumors. Saying the government needs to be involved in censoring this is a bit crazy. Politics are also against Disboards rules. The Dis has a whole board on rumors which I moderate. Should that board be shut down too? You don't have to believe what is said on the internet but please don't say that every time a website posts a rumor that site needs to be shut down because then you are claiming that this site you are on right now needs to be shut down.

I've heard that there was a mix up in communication with marketing and that press release. I don't know, but I do find it curious that TOT isn't mentioned on the parks blog or website for Halloween time.

That press release speaks the truth. Also it took 22 months for the Maelstrom changeover and there is no way a major E ticket attraction could take less time. The only way this is not a fabricated rumor is if it were blue sky that got out by mistake on a slow news day, or there is a massive conspiracy within Disney to silence anyone leaking info. No one knows what really is going on inside Disney as they keep all major projects as top secret as Area 51. But I can assure you that ToT isn't going anywhere.

ToT will get a exterior refurb but the majority of it will stay the same. Then the interior refurb will be the majority of the new stuff but the ride system is staying exactly the same.

No the rumor board shouldn't be shut down. If you don't want to deal with rumors don't post on that board or in threads that deal with them.

I know for a fact major projects are not as top secret as Area 51 like you are saying. I know people who have given me info that has been true. I know other sources that have let out info that has turned out to be true. If your area 51 theory was the case that wouldn't happen.

Wdwmagic's predictions do not fall flat and they do not refuse to admit they are wrong. Stop making false accusations about those sites.

The discards also have a blog site wdwinfo.com which occasionally shares rumors. Your claims say they should shut down that site as well. If you don't like rumors don't read them. Its as simple as that.

I read about this possible change the other day for TOT at DCA and I didn't believe it.

The rumor is definitely gaining ground. I've been reading about it on all different sites. I certainly hope it's not true! It's bad enough Disneyland is getting SWL (should have been a third park in my opinion) but now take something so cool and iconic as Tower and turn it into something Marvel? At this point it seems as if Hollywood land will one day become Marvel land!

Whew, it's getting hot in here. I am seeing the ToT rumor popping up form some other sources. There may be an announcement at Comicon. I'd like to point out that it is totally possible that ToT will be around for Halloween Time and then be closed after that time. November 1st still counts as "Fall" so that press release doesn't really mean much. We're talking a couple of months swing.

I really hope they are NOT going to gut the ToT, but where there's smoke. I think SOMETHING is up for sure. None of the websites are probably getting things 100% right. That's why they're called rumors.
