towels at water parks?

We are leaving in a couple of days for Disney and plan on visiting the water parks. Should we pack beach towels from home? Never been to the water parks in disney but at home here in upstate NY we visit them all summer and have the routine down with our wagon full of towels. But I don't really want to pack them if I don't need to because they take up so much space in the luggage.

You can bring towels from your resort or you can rent them for $1 or so each.

I prefer to bring my own towel from home. I usually pick something non-disney and put our names on them. However the water parks do rent towels. I think they are only $1 to rent. Be sure to keep a personal belonging near them. Often I see people grabbing the wrong towel. Usually it seems it is a princess towel of some sort as there are a zillion of them seen on chairs. Also just before closing the cm go around collecting the "left behind" rental towels. If you are staying til closing be sure to have something by the chair to show the towels are still being used. Otherwise they will be swept away and put into the towel return cans. I suppose if you keep your receipt and they accidentally took your towel, it would be easy to get a replacement towel.

They have white towels you rent. I was sorry I didn't take towels from the resort(we were onsite), because everyone else did. First, they were so thin, we could have used 2 each, and then we had to stand in line to return them. They gave you a souvenier cup if you brought them back to the desk.

We rent them, we would not have room to pack towels and dont like taking the towels from our resort because there is no need to and i dont think your suppose to. We rent them when we get there, if your there for opening then you should be able to get your towels very quickly.
