I honestly think that while they are cute, we have no desire to take them home. What are we going to do with them?
We have enough stuff taking up space in our house that we don't need. We leave the towel animals there.

Okay if this pic is what is meant by towel animals then we've never had one. Last trip we had towels folded into a flower, a swan, and an elephant but no faces or anything on them.
Ahhhh, the toothbrush holder towels. We thought those were cute too, until we realized that the Mousekeeper had to touch our toothbrushes to get them in there....hope it wasn't right after cleaning the toilet.![]()
I just read on Touringplans that if you are so lucky as to receive a towel animal from Mousekeeping, it's yours to keep. Has anyone had experience with this? I always thought they were very cool to get, you took a picture, and that was it. Maybe it's 'cause I was always raised to believe that taking hotel towels was a felony...but I'm having a hard time believing you can just take it with you.

You do realize it's an elephant, right? (And yes, I do know what you think it looks like.)
I seriously thought it was a palm tree. Elephant makes sense I guess
Or that other thing...
