Tours of GF Model Units?

We're considering purchasing DVC and will be at WDW in October. I was wondering if they're still offering tours of the GF model units set up at SSR? Is there any way to set that up?

When you get there go to the DVC desks in any park or at DTD or in most hotels and they will make an appointment for you.

To tour the units just head over to SS sales office. No need for an appt. Appts are for people to meet with guides about possibly purchasing.

We have an appointment with our guide on the 24th. Our daughter is interested in a 50-75 point add-on contract. We are tagging along to see the models. The last time we did this we bought 210 points at BLT.

Not true, there are so many people touring they won't let you in without an appointment or at least they wouldn't in August.

I was able to tour the GF rooms over the weeknd with no problems. Was staying at SSR and just asked, no apt.

we just wandered over labor day weekend while staying at ssr, we had to wait about 15 min but we got to see GVL, Aulani and AKL
