I guess it seems more overwhelming than it isYou can only get here by bus and here by either bus or monorail, here by boat then by monorail. I sure hope there is going to be some good maps, signs etc. If you see a lost family of 4 in June-please help us

Ok, it really IS easy. First, They'll give you a map on check in. I'd go around fort Wilderness, by bus, since that's where you're staying, and you'll want to locate the two trading posts, pool, and recreation as well as the boat dock.
Next, I'd take the launch to Magic Kingdom, because that is an obvious hub, that will serve as a point of reference for you.
At Magic Kingdom, you can get on the resort monorail and ride around that loop, as a previous poster mentioned (Contemporary, TTC, Polynesian, Grand Floridian and back to MK.) I'd save the EPCOT monorail for later, since it interrupts your circuit.
IF You're now out of energy, you can easily return to FT Wilderness from MK by the ferry.
If, on the other hand, you have the time and energy to continue, You can then hop a bus for the Epcot resorts. Get off at the first stop and walk around the circuit of resorts on the walkway around Crescent Lake.
From the last resort on your circuit, take the Downtown Disney bus to the MarketPlace. You can then eat, explore downtown, or just hop a bus back to Ft. Wilderness.
In my view, that right there is a whole day's worth.
