Touring Plans and Epcot Hours

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm doing some touring plans for our trip in October. Its estimating that Epcot doesn't open until 11am, on a Wednesday in October. Do you think that's right or incorrect and I should just not worry about it? Thanks.

I think it must mean that World Showcase doesn't open until 11 but Future World should be open at 9.
