And they do change depending on season. We were there on Sunday. Believe was at 11am and 2pm then not again until after 6pm. I made sure we got to that 11am show because I knew we were leaving the park by 3-3:30 that day. It was so hot we ended up leaving around 2:30ish; it was also just me and DS 5.5 and we had Chef Mickey's and Spectro that night. We had planned on going to Sea World earlier in the week but DS had an asthma attack the night before we were supposed to go so we postponed trip to later in the week. Not crowded at all. I think I got to Believe only 30mins before show time (maybe less) and there were still tons of good seats available.

here's what we did.

Arrived at 9:30 by they time we got in it was almost 10am

10-fed the stingrays

10:15 got in line to feed the dolphins (it was open from 10:15-12pm that day)

Then we zoomed to the 11 am Believe Show

After the show we went to Wild Arctic (not the ride-just exhibits)
Then we walked over to Sharks (or Terrors of the deep as my son refers to it)

We ate at Fireside Tavern?? and listened to the dueling pianists while we ate around 12:15ish

1pm Clyde and Seamore Show (we got there about 15mins before)

Then went to Shamu Happy Harbor and played in the water playground for most of the time.

Around 1:45 we left and went to feed the sharks and go into some of the gift shops.

We peeked at the Dolphin Nursery right before we left around 2:30.

Much shorter day than we had originally planned but still had fun. We will definitely go back during next trip; maybe two half days because we were wiped by 2pm.

The only thing we didn't see that we really wanted to is Blue Horizon show.

The Blue Horizon show was very good. It was my 6yr DS fav. and also mine. I arrived at 9am. I think you can see it all, just plan out the shows and plan Happy Harbor for a time during a Shamu SHow. We got there at 9am and did Kraken, Atlantis, at Clyde and Seamore, Happy Harbor rides, the Key West section before the 11:30 Believe show. This was on a Tuesday in Aug.

if you could handle a whole day, i think you'll be able to watch all shows and do all rides. be sure to come about 20min early before the show to get good seat, but now the summer season is over, i think 10-15min early should be ok too.
during the no-show break (around 2-5pm) you can have lunch, visit the dolphin cove or shamu underwater viewing.
we live 2hr from orlando and visit sw about once a month, usually we arrive around 3-4pm then visit shamu underwater viewing and watch oddysea, blue horizon and shamu rocks.
if we want to feed the dolphin, we around 2, i think that's the last feeding time.
have fun at seaworld!

There are a couple of options - the book "Beyond Disney" by the writers of the UG gives some good general information. Then, in the month of your travel month, you can check out the show schedule on line. No one that I know of produces standard touring plans because the show schedule changes quite a bit.

We booked our trip through www.buildabettermousetrip.com - they did a custom touring plan for us and they did a really good job. We saw all of the shows except "Sea Lions Tonight" and "Elmo & the Bookaneers" (spelling?) even though we did not get there until 1 PM. We didn't have any interest in the Elmo show but would've liked to have seen "Sea Lions Tonight" - my cousins said it was very funny. We also rode everything including the kiddie rides. We did split up - most of us went to Shamu Rocks but my husband and daughter rode Arctic Wild. They were disappointed and wished they'd seen Shamu Rocks. We went in early June so the park had late hours - it seems like the fireworks were at 10PM (?) so I guess we had about 9 hours, excluding 2 counter-service meals.

FYI - This park has really lovely landscaping with beautiful trees and flower beds but I found it really hard to get my bearings until we discovered the numbers on the signposts and figured out how they worked in relation to the map. That was a welcome revelation.

my best advice is go online and check out what the shows are. Then when you get there and find out the times of the shows, make sure you see the show you don't want to miss at the first showing. Then go from there. We got side tracked when we went and ended up getting very tired. Also FYI, the seats were pretty much filled way before the show, i.e. if the show was 11 a.m., the seats were pretty much filled by 10:30.
