I can't seem to find this info anywhere nor do I know where to put this.... So here it goes:

What are your touring strategies for the festival? Do you have a touring plan? Or do you wing it? If you have a touring plan, do you care to share it? Ha ha.

Our family is going next year in November, so we are hoping to catch the tail end of the festival. I have no idea how to Epcot and get the most benefit for 5 adults, 1 teen, and 2 elementary-aged children. Half the people are super picky eaters.

I know it's early, but it's what I have been thinking about lately. So any tips or tricks for it would be helpful.

We always go 2 days. because there are so many booths! One day we circle to the left, the other day we circle to the right. Enjoy!

I check out the booth menus once they’re released and create a plan based on that. If everyone can’t find things at the booths to eat, then you might need to schedule in a quick service/table service for some/all of the party. DH and I eat from the booths starting in Mexico. We get DD a pretzel from Germany. That holds her over until we can pick up some protein from Japan or Canada, which she will eat.

We do 3 days an need all of it. In the past we have done 2 of the lunch wine and food pairing meals as well.
I use the DFB F&W e book. I love that it goes through everything that is available, each kiosk and what they have.
I also use the WDW Food and Wine app. It updates with each festival. Lists each kiosk, what they have and a way to mark what ones you want to try.

There is a separate WDW Food and Wine app that lists all the booths, their menus. You can add items to your wish list, and I think it then displays on a map. I used it for Flower and Garden in 2019 and it was very helpful

yep ....absolutely!

It is good to have an idea of which booths you want to visit before going. You will come across them all but after eating for several hours you will skip some booths, so it is best to know what your favorites will be before starting.

When we plan a trip with the purpose of focusing on a festival, we buy park hooper tickets so we can come and go as we please. Most evenings, we end our day at the festival.

I am the picky eater in my family and I am not overly fond of drinking. Usually, there are 10 dishes that I seek out. My wife loves all of it and it happy to explore every booth.

Most festivals we dedicate two half-days to walking around World Showcase. This trip, we are staying at an EPCOT resort and going every night except for one.

Hi. What exactly is the DFB f&w ebook. Thanks so much!

Disney Food Blog Food and Wine. It a pdf that has everything about F&W. It lists all the events going on (such as food and wine paring meals, eat to the beat schedule, etc, if they are going on). Most importantly, it lists every kiosk and what each one has. While you can find this information in other places, I like that its all compiled in one document and organized well.
I would really encourage the WDW food and Wine app as well.

Thank you. I just downloaded the app but where do I see this Disney food blog Food and Wine. Thanks.

We wing it. We have hoppers and 80% of our non-breakfast meals come from F&W booths. We always pick up a passport first thing when entering the park so we can look at it to see if there is something we just have to have now and I do look at the menus and watch videos before we go. I then buy a wrist gift card so I can pay with that instead of pulling out money or a cc. I find it easier to just hold up my arm and they scan it. The card can be loaded with more funds if needed and is just a regular Disney gift card so can be used anywhere on property (except Swan/Dolphin). We just sort of head in the direction that seems to have the lightest traffic and look at the menu boards. If we see something that looks interesting, we hop in line. We have never eaten off the top of a trash can but we have eaten off of a wall or sat on a curb. We share things so that we can hit more booths. If there is nothing at the next booth that tickles our fancy at the time we move on and keep going until we (or I) are/am full. Then we walk around a little, shop, ride rides and hit the booths again. We try to get something from every booth. I try to make sure I have a pen or pencil in my pocket or bag so I can mark in the passport what we have tried and if we liked it and might want to get it again. We have never actually had time or stomach room to get something twice but we are ever hopeful.
