Touring Plan for DHS - Offsite with G+ but no ILL

Could anyone share a reasonable touring plan for someone staying offsite that plans to use Genie+ but not planning on purchasing ILL for ROTR?

I'm guessing 7am SDD G+ and rope drop for ROTR. Second G+ for Smuggler's Run and waiting in line for Runaway Railway? Then hopefully getting G+ for TSMM, RNR and TOT at some point.
