Touring Advice for our 2 MK Mornings (Including EMH)

So. We are going on Monday and Wednesday to MK in our upcoming trip.
Monday we have prepark opening breakfast reservations and Wednesday is EMH. Monday also has a villains night so we were going to bow out a bit early.
Which direction should we start each day? Go straight to Fantasyland? Head for Adventureland? Tomorrowland?
Also should we even do the EMH or will it be crazy? Theoretically I can move one of our 2 HS days to Wednesday and do MK Thursday if EMH is gonna screw up our day?
We have no kids with us this trip and are big ride people who want to see and do as much as we can (but are fine missing some things like the carousel or barnstormer). Our FP window isn't open yet (so yes I know a lot depends on FP, but still in terms of accomplishing the most things) and we're going the last week of June right before July 4th weekend. I think it really depends on what your fastpasses are for and what you want to accomplish. If it were me I would probably get FPs for 7DMT, Space, and BTM and I would head straight to Frontierland to rope drop BTM because we like to do it multiple times, and then hit splash and pirates and then move over to fantasyland but we also do lots of crisscrossing so it doesn’t bother us to hop around!

I’ve thought about this scenario with 2 days in MK and one with EMH, I would try to get FP for 7D on my second day, PP and one other fantasyland. Rope drop during EMH space Mtn, Buzz, Astro, then head over to the regular rope drop for BTMR and Splash, Pirates and Jungle cruise before starting on fast passes. On my first day I might rope drop fantasyland to see the queues for 7D and Peter Pan because they are awesome, followed by Haunted Mansion and Small World or Winnie the Pooh. I would get fast passes for Space Mtn, BTMR and Splash and spend all morning in fantasyland.

For what's it worth, we aren't riding Space. Love rollercoasters but the projections make us both feel horribly sick.
And we want to save Splash for a late morning/early afternoon thing so we wanted to try and get a FP for it

If you’re getting a fastpass for Splash, I recommend getting one for BTMR for an adjacent hour because then you can ride them back to back (Big Thunder can dry you off )
