Tourguide Mike help

O.K., I bit the bullett even though we have made many, many trips to WDW, hoping that maybe TGM would help in any small way.

I signed up, answered all the questions, and when I click to get my AVP, it never goes anywhere. I have logged out and logged back in at least 10 times in the last hour and still nothing.

I have sent an e-mail for help, but if I don't get a response and am not able to print out an avp today, my subscription will not do me any good. Does he answer e-mails on a timely basis?

Getting frustrated here. I probably should have never done this on such short notice.

I tried logging into my account today too, and I'm having issues! It's slow and times out on me...I'll have to check it later...

Close your browser after a few minutes, when you go into the site all your information should be there. This seems to happen-it doesn't seem to "finish" but if you just close out it saves your information and is ready to go.

Had same trouble today using Netscape. Tried it with Internet Explorer and it worked fine. Good luck!

I too signed up this am...must have been a lot of traffic on his site from all of us . I just closed it down and went back later and it was there. There is an overwhelming amount of information there...

Ijust joined TGM two nights ago and had the same problems. Finally, it worked fine. There is so much information, it is confusing. But I think I'm getting it.
