I tried to book the Keys to the Kingdom tour for my adult son who is traveling with me and is on my resort room reservation and pay with my Disney Visa. I asked for the 15% discount. The CM said he could only get the discount if he used his own Disney Visa. Is that correct, only the card holder gets the discount?

Are you going on the tour or just booking it for him? The card holder must be taking the tour in order for the discount to be applied.

You could add him to your account, and then he would have his own card, but only if you really, really, REALLY trust him.
