Tour Hotels in December to see Holiday Decor?

We will be staying at the Poly in Dec. I was wanting to tour some of the hotels to see the different holiday decorations. I figured we could take the monorail to the GF and CR, but how could we get to WL ? Any others we should visit ?

Just wanted to tell you how much fun touring is. I always have a rental car and just drive to the various hotels so I'm afraid I'm not going to be much help. You will have a great time!

You MUST go to the Beach Club (and I'm not just saying that because it's our favourite!) but the carousel there is amazing and well worth seeing! We couldn't believe it when we first saw it...!

I would guess to get to the Wilderness Lodge, if you haven't got a car, your best bet would be to take the monorail to the TTC and you can take a bus out there from there. You could also go to the Magic Kingdom and take the boat over (I'm sure it stops there... we were on our way to Fort Wilderness at the time!)

But definitely head for the Beach Club!

I would take the boat to WL, it's a nice ride. Just go to MK via monorail or boat from the POLY and pick up the WL boat there. The tree at the WL is amazing!

Also be sure to check out the EPCOT resorts, definitely the BC, but also check out the Dolphin if you can. They also have an amazing tree in the lobby with a train going around it and lots of toys and presents. It's really neat and festive.

From the POLY you can either go to MK and pickup the S/D bus, BC/YC bus or you can go to the TTC and pick up a bus to DD or PI and then take an S/D bus from there (depending on what time you go) That would be for evenings when MK closes early.

Another option is to take the monorail to EPCOT and walk through the to the International Gateway to the EPCOT resorts. This would be good to do in the evening and then you can pick up a bus to DD/PI and transfer to a POLY bus from there. Lots of options.

I totally enjoyed touring the resorts last year to see the decorations.

there is a boat that goes from the cr to wl, or at least last november there was.

I would recommend the boat from CR to WL. It is much smaller than the MK to WL ferry, and thus more personal.
