I don't much like touch screen cameras myself, just as a personal preference, but answering your question - dpreview just had an ultra-compact camera shootout, and the Nikon S60 and Sony T700 were included. The recommendations came out 'runner up' for each of them, but the review said the Sony had a more responsive touch screen, retained a few important buttons rather than make them all on screen (like zoom), and the image quality was better. They also mentioned the T77 as being essentially the same camera inside, but with a lower-res screen and a little cheaper, so that might make it worthwhile to consider. And it's smaller and lighter to boot - which is the point of getting a thin small camera anyway - so I'd probably lean towards the T77 if I were in the market for a touch screen.
