It's really neat! Would be better if there weren't so many whispy type clouds.

We're watching too! DH tried to explain it scientifically to my 4.5 year old nephew. He drew a diagram and everything. My nephew then explained it to his Dad by saying "The moon is going to hide!"

Rats! Here in Jersey (right across the bridge from Philly) it's way too cloudy. Can't see the moon at all. It's very eerie, too.

Just went outside to see it.... Pretty cool! There are some clouds out here (south of Boston), but you definitely see it!

Hey all,

I just took this from my porch. Very cool. A little cloudy but I got one good shot. My camera isn't really good for night shots. I'll try to take a few more as the night goes on (during the commercials of the Sox/Cards Series game, of course)

Out here in Montgomery County (an hour outside Philly) it's so cloudy right now I can't even tell where it is supposed to be! At 7:00 at least I could see breaks in the clouds - but not now.

I guess DD & I will be waiting until 2007 to see the next one.

Beautiful here in WA state. I tried to take some pictures, but my camera battery died. *sigh* Oh well, it's still beautiful to watch! Not a cloud in the sky.

It's partly cloudy here, too. I can stand on my 5th step on the staircase and see it out the foyer window. Very cool!

Like SnoWhite said....Not a cloud in the sky here in Washington, and its really neat to see. DD9 is supposed to see it for part of her homework tonight. She is so interested she keeps running outside to look on her own. I love it when they get excited about homework! She is trying to explain it to my DD5 and she is not getting it either.
