Tortola with a toddler

We will be going on the Fantasy this September and one of the ports is Tortola. My daughter will be just over 2 years old.

I've been reading a lot and come to find there isn't a lot for her to do at this port. Disney doesn't offer too many excursions that can include her. Does anyone have any suggestions of things we can do? Is she even allowed on the ferry to Virgin Gorda? We know she won't be able to explore much but can you get to the Baths on your own and see anything with her? We were hoping we could walk around with her somewhere or possibly take a ferry somewhere with her.

My husband has been to this port many moons ago and I've never been to Tortola so we were hoping we could explore a bit.

Since we have the beach in Castaway, we were trying to avoid a full day at the beach but from what I can see, that is our only option with her....

We stopped at Tortola on our cruise last May. My DS turned 3 that day and my DD was 9 months at that time. We did the excursion that included a tour of the island and then a couple of hours at the beach. It was pretty good, but nothing amazing. There were some nice views while on the tour, and also some crazy turns while driving up and down the island. My 3 year old thought it was like a roller coaster. I don't regret doing that tour, but also don't need to do it again.
