In a word Brutal!

I think I'm going to be controversial and say that I didn't enjoy it as much as I do the regular season format. I missed the hub and the goings on:sad1:
I thought the story was drawn out and very slow paced over the five nights.
I want the old Torchwood back with Owen and Tosh, sorry, but I do.....:sad2:

I loved the first four but found thelast one really disappointing ! I felt that it skimmed over too many issues and seriously john froubicheer - would he not just have turned on the gov and gone public ?? The emotion to protect your kids at all costs was also seriously none existant no army wud kp me from my kids !!
Also felt the way it ended signalled that thats the end of torchwood forever ?????

I remember the Doctor Who exhabition at Longleat very well, they used to hold a lot of Doctor Who events there. The last event I went to was K9's birthday, a few weeks later the exhibition burnt down.

Yeah I was really luckly to see it and the langothllen exbithation as well they had a really good exhibt plus you could vist the Darrel Facotry where they made the old 1990's Doctor who toys

I hope it isn't the end of Torchwood as it has come a long way since the first series which was a bit low budget. This was excellent, apart from a bit of a lame ending(story, not the demise of Torchwood).

And...where was the Doctor when we needed him?

Well.... I've never really paid much attention to Torchwood, I'm a bit of a Sci-Fi geek so I know enough about it, but John Barrowman gets right on my doo-dahs so I avoided the show really.

However a few nights ago I was channel flicking, and liked what I saw when I settled on it for a few minutes. But it was already on day three.

Well I've literally just finished the whole mini-series via iPlayer, and I was thoroughly impressed. They really went to town on this!!! The script, the plot, the acting!!?? It was all very impressive, definitely worthy of a move to BBC 1 I would say. As mentioned I don't watch it normally, but this certainly seemed a big step up in terms of production and overall quality! I could even tolerate John Barrowman.

And in more human terms!! What an emotional rollercoaster!!! That ending with his Grandson!!!! Oooh, I had tears!!!!

>Pete.
