Was just wondering if they make you sit at a table with other people when you opt for Topsiders at dinner. I know at breakfast and lunch you are free to choose your own table, and not be forced to eat with others, but I also know that in the restaurants they do put people together for breakfast and lunch so I was just curious to know how they do it for dinner at Topsiders. DH and I would prefer to have a table to ourselves if we choose to skip our regular restaurant, and go to Topsiders for dinner one or two evenings of our next next cruise.

We have been to Topsider's for dinner twice. Both times we were at a table by ourselves. The food is great. We usually went there when we were just too lazy to change clothes or not very hungry because we had been snacking too much!

Does it have the same menu's as the restaurants? Or is it buffet like lunch/breakfast?

Is this only an option on the 7 day cruises, or is this also offered on the 3 and 4 day?

It is only offered on the 7-night cruise.

You dine at your own table.

The menu is LIMITED but it's a good menu, steak, chicken and a couple of other items, plus they have a kid's menu. You choose your own appetizer and dessert from the buffet but the rest of the meal is served to you.

It's a nice alternative to the rotation restaurants for dinner. :)

We have used Topsiders on two different cruises. It is a nice option when you have lots of activities you want to do in the evenings, BUT the service isn't as good (we wanted our drinks and no one took our order for a VERY long time), and there wasn't as much to choose from on the menu. There is no vegetarian selection, but they did offer to go pick up something in one of the other resturants, so that was nice.

No don't get me wrong, when I saythe service isn't as good, remember that in the main dining rooms the service is SUPER. So at topsiders don't expect that same personal service. But the service is OK.

On our last cruise we were told that the server in Topsiders are servers in training. We enjoyed our 3 dinners there very much. A nice change of menu for anyone who has cruised with DCL more than once.
