Toppers'n'Tags - ***UPDATE - POST #305/PG 21 and top of pg 22****

I'm so aggravated.

I went to my LSS to use their Cricut for two of my toppers. One (George Font) came out just fine. Jasmine, on the other hand, stinks! Every time I try to get the letters out of the paper they rip! Plus I chose a size that looks all wrong now that I get it home. I don't want to go back there because I spent so much time there doing it and I don't want to tell them I messed up! I kind of knew when I was there that it wasn't working so well, but I wasn't quick thinking enough to try a different font. So now it's off to AC Moore to find some letter stickers that will match the picture I had in my mind.

Argh. At least it's my last group.

FYI for the Epcot countries group 5a, I made a paperbag and Epcot tag extra. The space on the front of the bag was intentionally left plain so you could put in the year of your trip. I was going to do it, than realized that not everyone has gone in the same year. My first time doing this element, hope you like them.

I had to make a trip to my LSS to get a different color of paper...the one I had just didn't match the stickers I picked out, so I'm almost done. My DH thinks I just crazy right now with all this scrappin' in the middle of all the packin'! 4 more days!

I still haven't heard from fanofthemouse. Unless she posts that she's gone postal by the 1st, I won't be waiting for her stuff... I thought about angel'ing the spots but we have so many participants that I hesitate to add more to the mix... unless someone who is already in it wants to tack on an extra set...

I have my paper and ideas for this, just let me know to start on it. I don't want to step on fanofthemouse's toes if she has her things done and just hasn't reported in yet. Not everyone lives on the DIS like I do. I'm going to continue working on my other swaps, but jump on this when you need me to.

Ladies, I have a message into fanofthemouse through an alternate source and I'm going to give her till Friday morning to get back to me. If she hasn't confirmed by then, then I will look to fill her spots with angels who can hopefully complete the work over the weekend and go postal by the 1st. I'd still like to have everything back by the following weekend so I can swap over the weekend and go postal back to you on Monday, but I know we're waiting on a couple of international shipments and that might not pan out anyway...
