Would try Sole Meuniere at Topolino s or the scallops at Flying Fish. I don't normally order seafood (outside of shrimp, crab cakes, etc) so wanting to try one of these. Husband would get steak at either place
DW and I ate at Flying Fish tonight and had an amazing meal. Mary was our server and she made the meal. Food was great as always the Dirty Martinis were phenomenal! You won’t regret eating here.

Now I'm thinking if we choose Flying Fish I could get the potato encrusted snapper. I read that's a mild fish, a good intro for people who don't eat fish a lot? Did you try that possibly?

Flying fish. The service has always been questionable every time I’ve gone to topolinos. The food is the only thing that keeps me going back, but I’m done at this point. Bad service can't be a non factor.
After years of eating at FF, I finally tried the potato crusted snapper this past May. First, snapper is a mild tasting white fish with a firm texture. The potatoes were thin slices cooked to a warm brown resembling potato chips in texture; lovely dish that almost made me regret not having it before. The leeks and wine accompaniment was a nice complement to the fish.
