Done! Website said ASM had only preferred rooms, but she got me the std room. We'd chosen a Value so that we could use the savings for DxDDP. Total savings under Free dining were $400 for the two of us. Good luck everyone!

22 minutes from call to confirmation when I called back and went through 'make a new reservation' instead of the modify prompts. I was on hold in that line for an hour.....so I need to make a note to go through the other prompt next year.

Me too....had to update mine since we're going a week later now to get in on the FDing dates.

Before 7:00 a.m. (EST) I posted that the people at work think that I am certifiable for taking a vacation day and getting up at 5:30 my time to try to get a discount. If I told them that I have been holding now for 1 hr and 15 min. they would be bringing me the straight jacket and putting me in a rubber room.

They just don't understand

I highly suggest if you have another phone to try calling on it, as well. As I said, I was on hold for 6 minutes when I tried to call back at 7:10am.

I got my FD for POFQ from Dec 10-15. Had to upgrade to garden view as the standard rooms were not available.

Now off to a root canal! Good luck everyone!

Ok, after holding for 1 hour plus, I did mine via the website, I just booked a new reservation for the same I had alreadly booked. Port Orleans Riverside for 2 adults, 3 kids, had to do a river view. But am happy to be booked on our dates Nov. 23rd-Nov-27th I will call back later on and cancel my initial reservation. Someone posted the link for online in this thread. Hope that may help any of you holding

We had, have since I can't through to cancel, a room at POFQ at the AAA rate.

I looked online this morning for FD there and found there were no rooms available for our dates.

Second choice, POR. All they had was a Princess themed room. I have teen boys, that won't go over so well.

Third choice, CBR. I booked that, specifically a Pirate room at CBR.

Now I just have to get through on the phone and cancel the POFQ room.

While your on with them you can check the availability of the POFQ rooms again...things can change (if that's your first choice!)

Mine had 2 different songs playing at first when I did that and then it merged.....the CM's didn't know what line/hold queue they were picking up for so I'm guessing reservations is just that, reservations. Maybe a CM can chime in and tell us if the new reservations line and the change reservation line end up all at the same place?
